If you need a heated hall with a larger area, the possible financing of the development (even partially by the future Tenant) can be negotiated in advance, and in some cases the Tenant may receive a possible discount taking into account the lease period.
Rent:
It consists of the rental fee and the common costs in force on the site, which also depends on the size and equipment of the rented area, the larger the area we rent, the more favorable fees we can get.

Utility charges:
The monthly overhead costs incurred in connection with the operation of the rental property (water, electricity, garbage fee, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent, they must be settled each month in addition to the above prices or directly with the service provider or the rental company.
Deposit: 3 months (rent + common costs)
Rental period: minimum 1 year, but 2 years is preferred
The prices are net prices and do not include VAT.
